Venue :  Microbiology UG Lab 

Participants : Higher Secondary Biology Students from R.J. Matriculation Hr. Sec School.

Objective:

    The goal  is to educate the Students about the basic on Microbial isolation  by Hands on Training .

Department of Microbiology organized  Hands on training on Basic & Advanced Microscopic Techniques and Microbial Cultivation Methods for Higher Secondary Biology Students from R.J. Matriculation Hr. Sec School. Under DBT Star College Scheme. The aim of this programme is to enrich and educate the Students about the basic knowledge on science through hands on mode for their future benefit. The Hands on workshop was inaugurated and falicitatted by Principal incharge Dr. S. Saravanan and followed by  DBT STAR overall coordinator and Head of the Department address the gathering.    Total 45 students were actively participated and learned basic and advanced microbiological techniques with proper hands on technique, and teacher and student volunteers also taught very nice manner for their better understanding.  Finally valuable feed backs were collected from the participants both written and oral format.
